ERDEMIR generally exports products through Turkish Foreign Trading Companies. When the export department receives a requirement, a fax message, which includes the names, the telephones and the fax numbers of the Turkish Foreign Trading Companies, is sent to the firm. Then the firm contacts with one of those companies to have the information.

In case of a requirement, if the firm informs ERDEMIR Export Department about its address and telephone, the product catalogue is posted as soon as possible.

5.  What are the ERDEMIR's loading conditions?

ERDEMIR exports by truck and by ship on FOB basis. The ships which have a capacity up to 60.000 MT are able to be loaded at the port.

In their requirements, the firms state the product, the country, the amount and the prices, then the export department consider the factors and send a proposal that includes the prices to the firms.
