We had the opportunity to come together with young talents at the Talent Summit organized by Boğaziçi University.
As a guest speaker at the event, our Human Resources Director, Pınar İnce, explained the defining role of social intelligence in business life to the participants. She provided a comprehensive evaluation of socialization skills, the ability to build connections, and their impact on communication. Addressing the questions of the young participants, İnce emphasized the importance of building sustainable relationships and creating a strong social impact in professional life.
